Troubleshooting Scan Mode



The following error messages may appear if Ultrasound Navigation is unable to perform a scan.

Deactivate Freeze mode on Ultrasound deviceTo continue, you must deactivate the freeze mode on the BK Medical ultrasound system, not in the software.
Deactivate Flip mode on Ultrasound deviceTo continue, you must deactivate the flip mode (labeled with L/R) on the BK Medical ultrasound system.
Deactivate Split mode on Ultrasound deviceTo continue, you must deactivate the split mode on the BK Medical ultrasound system.
Ultrasound Probe not visibleThe ultrasound probe is out of range. Bring the probe into the camera field of view and try again.
Patient Reference Array not visibleEnsure that the reference array is within the camera field of view and that the spheres are clean.
Image panned on ultrasound device. Reset to continue navigation.To continue, reset the view on the BK Medical ultrasound system.
