How to Start the Workflow
If the Spine SRS software version 1.0 remains installed on your machine, the software icon can only be selected in the Radiotherapy workflow. Spine SRS software version 1.5 is accessed as described below.
Select a patient.
Select the workflow for Spine SRS planning.
Select an appropriate patient data set including CT and MR image sets and any defined objects or saved treatment plans.
The software automatically displays all Elements for this workflow.
Select DICOM Viewer to review the current state of the plan.
Select Dose Review to review dose plans saved with Multiple Brain Mets SRS (optional).
Select Image Fusion to fuse together two or more image sets (e.g., CT and MR) that you want to use for planning.
Select Spine Curvature Correction to correct any MR distortions (if any exist) by elastically deforming the MR image set for better fusion with the CT image set.
Select Anatomical Mapping to automatically create segmented objects (e.g., organs at risk) as well as to review and refine these objects.
Select SmartBrush to contour and define the tumor you wish to treat.
Select Object Manipulation to review and refine objects, add margins to objects and create new objects based on operations of existing objects (e.g., create a new object from two overlapping objects).
Select Spine SRS to create a radiation treatment plan.
Select RT QA to map a treatment plan on a phantom.
